Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through research, networking, and other sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with other sales team members to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with sales techniques, such as consultative selling, solution selling, and relationship selling
- Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed
