Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure all business processes are running smoothly
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management and stakeholders
- Provide operational support to the sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in special projects as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
